WEDDING CONTRACT

•We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking; we are unable to hold your date until the deposit is paid.
•The remaining 80% is due 6 weeks before the date of hire unless alternate payment options have been agreed in writing upon booking.
•Should you have to cancel your booking, if cancelled 6 weeks prior to the date full payment is still needed to be paid. We can try to rearrange the day if this can work for both sides. The non refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstance.
• For last minute bookings (within 2 months of your event) full payment will be required at the time of the booking, any cancellations within the 2 months will receive 0 payment back due to lead times for materials and other bookings.
• All items supplied to you on a hire basis remain the sole property of Rustic Moments.

• During the hire period all hire items are the responsibility of the client (you) and not the responsibility of your venue, marquee provider or event planner. We recommend that you communicate with your venue to ensure the security of all hire items in your absence.
• Rustic Moments accepts no responsibility for any accidents caused by the customers, guests, party members, hotel or venue staff or members of the public at your function. Moving, hitting or interfering with the set up.
• Rustic Moments reserves the rights to use any photography of our products taken during the hire period, however, we will seek further permission to use any pictures of you or your guests. Photographs are used for promotional purposes on our website and/ or our social media. If you have any objections to this please let us know in writing prior to your event.
• All hire prices include full set up and take down by one of Rustic Moments team. DIY set ups or take down is not permitted due to the health and safety terms and conditions of our public liability insurance.

• Set up position: Please ensure that you have taken all necessary measurements of the area for the hire equipment prior to booking, taking into consideration the setup not being near any radiators that will be on through the hire time. If it is not possible to install in the prearranged area, a member of Rustic Moments will do their best to agree on the next best location with you or your venue.
• All hire items will only be installed inside and not outside, unless this has been discussed with a member of the Rustic Moments team, if upon delivery, it is evident that this cannot be met, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and not refund due to not being able to have another booking on that day.

• They’re will need to be parking/ access outside to accommodate us (Rustic Moments) carrying large/ heavy items. If by any chance there is a problem with parking/ access outside you will need to inform a member of the Rustic Moments team when booking to make us aware.
• You will need to get in touch with your venue/ Marquee provider or event planner to make sure there is enough time for Rustic Moments to set up and take down. Any problems with us setting up or collecting you will need to contact the venue/ marquee provider/ event planner.
• Please ensure that you provide a full address for your venue, including Post code, contact telephone number, email address and accurate access times. Where possible, please request the earliest possible access time to allow enough time for assembly on the day.
• Rustic Moments are not liable for any arrival delays caused by difficulty in accessing your venue at the agreed set up or collection times, we have multiple bookings taking place each day and therefore, if we are unable to gain access to the venue at the stipulated time or cannot find the venue due to incorrect details, this may result in either the full setup not being able to be done or cancellations of your booking and no refund for sums already paid.
• You have the option of keeping the balloons from your booking, if you need Rustic Moments to dispose of the balloons the client (you) will be charged an additional 10% of the total booking cost.

• Balloons can be affected by both warm and cold weather, in warm weather or direct sunlight some balloons can expand which can result in popping. In cold weather or environments, balloons will contract which can result in deflation.
• Rustic Moments accepts no responsibility for balloons which are affected by either heating or air conditioning within venues, or where doors are left open to let cold air in.
• We will always endeavour to place balloons in a position where they will no be affected, but in cases where this is impossible it is your responsibility to check you venue for this to see if your decorations will be affected.
• Rustic Moments accepts no responsibility for any decorations which may burst or deflate due to being moved or interfered with by the customer, guests, party members, hotel or venue staff or anyone entering your party after we have completed set up and left the venue. • Popped or deflated balloons plus other parts of the set up can pose a choking hazard to babies and small children, the customer must ensure that the installation is not interfered with once set up. Children should be supervised at all times with the balloons.
• Once the setup is complete by the team at Rustic Moments, everything must stay in place and must not be moved.
• Constant supervision for under 16’s

•No climbing, pushing, moving or playing with any event equipment.
• Keep away from naked flames and heat sources including sparklers too.
• A member of the Rustic Moments team will take pictures once everything is set up as proof in case any damage occurs.
• Once the balloons are in the possession of the customer (you), they become your responsibility. Rustic Moments accept no responsibility for any damage or issues encountered once the installation is complete. • Our balloons contain latex, the customer must notify at the time of the booking if anyone has a latex allergy.
• Command hooks are used in some indoor installations to allow fixing points for the balloons. The manufacturer advises that these are damage free however there is always a small risk of damage occurring. The customer agrees to the use of command hooks where needed and indemnifies Rustic Moments against any damage incurred.
• We require the right to charge the client (you) if there is visible damage and/ or vandalism, missing items, any additional hire time other than what has been agreed between the client (you) and a member of Rustic Moments
• We will not tolerate rude or aggressive behaviour and have the right to cancel a booking. Deposit may be refunded, minus costs already incurred to the business.
• The customer agrees that by paying the non-refundable deposit, they have read, understood and agreed to abide to these terms and conditions
